I can’t thank Stephanie enough for all her help in providing the best vacation for my family! From the moment we decided to go to Disney to the day we checked out, she was there every step of the way. I didn’t think we needed a travel agent. I thought I could do everything on my own. And guess what, I couldn’t. You definitely need her assistance. Stephanie was very patient with my family and I (15 of us) and we all changed our plans multiple times and she just did whatever she could to make us have the best, stress-free time. She was so helpful, even while we were on vacation. She helped with the genie, booking things so that I could focus on my children and be in the moment. Stephanie gave recommendations for rides my kids would like, what they can go on based off their height, taking the skyline while park hopping, booking and canceling reservations and the list goes on and on. Thank you for blessing our family with your kindness, patience and loving Disney expertise. If you would like to go on a stress free Disney vacation I would highly recommend Stephanie. Skyla Hudson helped me plan my latest trip to Disney and she was fantastic! She has such a vast knowledge about Disney World and was able to provide some amazing tips. On previous trips I’ve struggled with using Lighting Lane & Genie Plus, but with Skyla’s help this trip, I was able to see and do everything that I wanted! I especially loved that she was able to help me book & ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind TWICE in one day!! I will absolutely use Skyla again for future trips. Wyatt Frantz helped plan my first family disney trip which was so special for my daughter who is almost 3 yo. He gave me 6 free quotes and info on the transportation options needed throughout the trip. After he made sure all the necessary reservations were booked, he also scheduled our character meals once available. During our time leading up to the trip, he was quick to respond, answer all my extra questions, and make recommendations that would be best for my family’s likes, interests, and priorities. While we were on our trip, Wyatt managed the genie + and made a bunch of Lightening Lanes which again - made things less stressful and more enjoyable overall! I am already thinking of when to plan our next trip and will definitely be using Wyatt as my travel agent again!

We booked our trip through Libby Garcia and she was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning she helped us book our trip. From looking at flights, package deals, rooms, and transport she helped every step of the way. At one point, my husband and I had questions about an automatic upgrade we received for a direct transfer to our resort from the airport and Libby immediately sent an email to get some clarification. She even called the transportation company after they didn’t reply to her first email. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order and are taken care of. Day of our trip, we ended up having a five hour flight delay, and Libby once AGAIN went the extra mile and this time called southwest to see if there were any other flight options. She even gave us a little thank you package that had our flight/trip itinerary, as well as some cute sunglasses for the beach! If you are looking for a travel agent who truly cares about you and your trip, you should book through Libby!
